As you all know by now, I have a surprise for you guys Even though K.C. is on hiatus, I will be able to post all of chapter 1. I ran into some issues with my art instructor and in the end, I wasn't able to put it up for the school's show (which is tonight!!!) as you're going to see it. I had to use single panels and a typed out story, resulting in only a few pages instead of 25 comic pages :'D Shame, but it's not for nothing. I have my hands on a tablet so I will work over the next week or so to screentone the pages I have as nicely as possible (again, they had to be photographed so some quality was compromised, but I'll try to make up for it). Finishing this up is sort of my way of apologizing for not being as successful as I had predicted for this year…
I also have a little bonus with this. To make up for the lack of comic with the actual school project, I ended up making a real-life replica of the book Subari carries around in the story. It's really pretty cool, considering it was a last-minute inspiration, so I'm going to take some photographs of it and you can see that as well.

As a reminder, I do have a handful of one-shots with their stories close to completion, if not completed! These stories include slice of life Chocolate Premiere, sci-fi comedy Loray, and a sci-fi series which I might preview, without a tentative title. I won't give any dates as I know I'll just screw myself over somehow, but I will make sure they get up here for you all!

P.S. As K.C. is on official hiatus, I wouldn't want anyone who really wanted to know the story to be left out on it. You already know what the characters look like, etc., so if you'd like to read the story, note me with your email and I will send it to you to read.
